Oh and also I have C&P your earlier post which you stated the judge kicked the case out. Don't take things so personally, its only tv.

Dont count sv out to fast,on 7-27-09 judge M james Lorenz kicked dn case out because they failed to notify sv that they were going to file suit.dn said that if they would have notified sv they would have distroyed everdense judge said tough s..t, get your self together case dismissed ,sv have a good legal team and bucks to spend ,they will not roll over with out a fight the prize is( us)just thought i would through this in its not over yet is this good or bad new who knows time will tell.
