Read the law. Federal law does not require consent from both parties only one party.

38 states only require one consent only. 12 states require both consent.

Two of those people are from Canada where it is not illegal.

Its unlikely any law was broken.

This is typical of him. He has done this before where he said he would be

come back. In his self praise state he thinks the person he needs to speak to

will be there waiting for his call and that the person is willing to share or just

not. In this case as others the person is Tdg. He thinks because he speaks to

Tdg that he is special because he comes up with this great revelations that

are not the vast majority of time.

I don't know where you got your information but it certainly is illegal to record someone without their knowledge and consent in Canada. I used to have to ask people all the time when taking statements over the phone. Even when you are talking to a call center and they tell you it is being recorded they have to ask if you consent to the conversation being recorded.

It is not illegal to record non commercial calls in Canada if one party to the call gives consent. It is illegal to record calls for commercial purposes without notifying the other party.

Wrong. I get my information from the law.

They have to ask you because your call is being listen potentially by a third party who is not party to the call. Canada requires one party notification which means only one party has to be aware its being recorded.

I think he uses his time trying to get even with people while trying to say its for the benefit of the community.

After awhile people start to scratch their heads with what is the deal with him.

As far as other stuff like saying N3 is hacked with no evidence I think it is for attention to make himself feel he knows more then others. I think that is

important for him.
